Website Advertising FAQ's

1. I am a local business can I target ads to my area?
Absolutely. Our adserver gives us the ability to target by Designated market areas. We can include or exclude certain market areas based on your location and advertising goals.

2. When will my ads start running?
From the time we receive your completed order and artwork your ads will being running in approximately 3 days. You can also elect to have the campaign start on a specific date in the future.

3. I need artwork for my ads can you help me get that done?
Yes. We work with a designer who can create the artwork for your ad.

4. What size ads can I buy?
Currently we offer IAB standard Medium Rectangle display ads (300px x 250px).

5. Do you have text ads?
Not currently.

6. Will I get reports to track my ad?
Yes. Each advertiser will be setup with a login to be able to monitor their campaigns. Also the system will send automatic weekly reports of campaign activity.

7. What's CPM?
CPM = Cost Per Thousand impressions. This is the price for your ad to be shown 1,000 times.

8. How long will my ad run for?
You are purchasing a set number of impressions. How long it takes for those to be displayed will vary based on the number of impressions pruchased and the size of the area the ad is running in.

9. What forms of payment do you accept?
Currently we can accept Visa, Master Card, Checks & Paypal

10. Do you pay agency commissions?
Yes. For recognized ad agencies we pay a 20% commission.
